It is very simple app using Pivotal Tracker API. The main idea is to go through the Product Backlog in Pivotal Tracker, find all the releases, show "behind the schedule" releases in red. Then it is possible to send email to stakeholders with the planned date, the projected date and the calculated delay.
It requires Pivotal Tracker API token which can be found on Pivotal Tracker Profile Page.
